Danielle King, MBA

Thank you for wanting to learn more about me and Above All Bookkeeping, LLC (AAB). I'm the owner and primary bookkeeper at AAB. We offer virtual bookkeeping for your small business bookkeeping needs. Professionally, I have over 12 years’ experience in the accounting field. This includes staff and Sr. Accountant roles with service and manufacturing companies. I hold a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University and a Masters of Business Administration in Accounting from Brenau University. I'm also certified in both QuickBooks Online and Xero accounting software, and have experience working with large ERP software like SAP, Sage MAS500, and Sage 100.

I want to encourage clients to focus on WHY they originally went into business and provide them with tools and the knowledge needed to grow their business. So, why did you go into business? Was it to take control of your life, was it to be your own boss, to help others, or to do what you love? Or, maybe it is all of those things. After years in the corporate accounting arena, I realized I want to be passionate about the work I'm doing and who I'm doing it for. Therefore, I made the decision to start my own business and serve clients and businesses that I'm most passionate about. I'm an organizer and perfectionist by nature. So, keeping your business and books organized is what I strive for. I enjoy photography, dance, learning about interior design, and love animals. So, the industries listed on the home page I'm excited about helping the most. I will enjoy your passion right along with you.

I live with my husband Jonathan, eight year old daughter McKenna, and our two dogs (Toby & Jobu) in Roswell, GA. We spend most of our time at the park, watching movies, and taking trips to Asheville, NC....oh and watching Alabama football...Roll Tide!

Client On-Boarding Steps

STEP 1: Free Consultation

Complete the short "Discovery Form" survey upon scheduling a Free Consultation
We ask simple questions to get to know your business before the consultation
Will use Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime for the video consultation
All decision makers/owners must be present for the consultation
Read-only access to current records and Financial/Bank Statements may be requested
If all goes well, a Proposal will be presented after our analysis.

Book it

STEP 2: Engagement Letter

Once the Proposal is approved/signed an Engagement Letter will be presented
This is a written agreement between Above All Bookkeeping, LLC and your company. It will define the scope of work to be performed
Must be signed by all owners/partners and retainer fee or 1st months payment received before starting work
NO CONTRACTS - month-to-month, with 30 day notice
Monthly payments automatically deducted via ACH
Fees are TAX-DEDUCTIBLE!

Our Services

STEP 3: Setup & Maintenance

Already uses QBO or Xero? Great! All we would need is an invite for access
New to QBO or Xero? No problem, we can handle the set up/migration for a one-time fee and determine the best software billing option for your company
Once set up, transactions will be pulled from your bank daily and then matched and reconciled on a weekly or monthly basis
You will be given a list or instructions of what is needed monthly
At Quarter or Month-end you will schedule your 30 minute or 1 hr video conference where you will be presented three Financial Statements and analysis.
